We post the job to the Agents we select our choices, we request a self tape. Which can be uploaded to a URL if the Director wants to see them prior to the Zoom or skip Zoom completely saves a session day !!
We conduct our zoom just like a casting room. We have our technical camera person, reach out to the talent set up lighting and camera angles with them, we text the talent a link to our zoom waiting room, were we have them wait until the clients and director are ready, then we move them into a private zoom link.
We have our casting facility camera person recording and doing edits and them uploading the audition to our selects URL. Then at the end of the day. The URL is live to the agency. Or if the Director Prefers a Live in Session Callback we are doing that now as well.

We have also been very successful doing Virtual zoom Callbacks with clients. For those who still wish to work from home or for Actors more comfortable Auditioning Via zoom.
There is lots of parking and lots of fun in
our waiting room. We have an awesome Callback Studio with
a conference room, and offer craft service at all our Callbacks.
